Nowadays Switzerland is more open to immigration than in the past, especially as it subscribes to freedom of movement with the European Union. However, Switzerland can still be difficult for those coming from outside the EU. It is difficult to find a job with the Permit B and much more difficult to stay.
Salaries are good but the cost-of-living is also very high especially for basic things such as food and housing. How good a life can you have in Switzerland? You will know yourself that finding a good job, not even a top job, is the first priority and can be very challenging.
